Registration Forms
- Puppy Waiver (Puppy Kindergarten only)
- KCFA General Agreement
- KCFA Course Application
- Registration Fees are non-refundable unless received after the desired course is full.
- A copy of vaccination records must be provided at the first class of each session
- Handlers must clean up after their dogs, both inside and outside the building. Trash receptacles are provided.
- Bitches in season are not permitted to attend class. Handlers are encouraged to attend.
- Discounts are available for repeat students or for dogs attending multiple courses during the same session.
- Club discounts and training packages are available to members only. Ask your instruction how to become a member.
